Baska Voda includes resort Baska Voda, resorts Bast and Topici and on the north side and the east side of the village Promajna, Bratuš and Krvavica, resorts and Djecje selo and Basko Polje. District has about 2924 inhabitants.
Name of Baska Voda is mentioned already 1688.g. on the map cartographer Coronelli, called "Basca" and present name Baska Voda recorded 1724.god. that the settlement was named after a strong source of water is surface flowed in the town center.
